Usage
Person and assistant pairs in an open area labelled your organisation, all connected to one shared table of sticky notes called Canvas. Work leaves the table through one queue and one worker to ECOM1, and grades and traces come back to the table.

Every assistant connects to the same workspace. How people and agents divide the work, share findings and take turns on the single worker is for the room to decide.
